Beginning in 1995, tattoo artist Oliver Peck began the phenomenon known as “Friday the 13th Tattoos.” For a discounted rate, artists and shops would stay open all-day, crafting designs incorporating the numbers ‘1’ and ‘3’.

Today, this man-made holiday has made it’s way to our city of Austin, Texas, in various tattoo shops across the city.  This story zooms in on one location in particular, Amillion Tattoo, and three customers awaiting their Friday the 13th fate in line.
